Hello!  👋   A little bit about me and my love for natural health and gadgets.

I was sitting at the doctor's office as he looked down on me and said "You are going to die".   That was his answer to me when I asked what happens if I don't take these lupus steroid medications.  Well, I didn't want to die so I took them religiously for 13 years missing out on life events.  When my body started to attack my kidneys, I was put on stronger medication which made me bedridden, making me miss my son's soccer game where he scored 7 goals.  I accidentally made a promise to him that I would never miss another game.  I freaked out once it came out of my mouth knowing full well I had no control of when I would be sick or not.  I couldn't take it back so I had no choice but to make it happen.  


I made myself into a guinea pig and tested out a variety of natural methods and products.   I was on and off medications during my research finding out what worked and what didn't.  In summary, I took myself off of Lupus steroid medication by paying attention to what I allow in my body, mind, and spirit,  focusing on boosting my immune system and managing my emotions, which was key.  Easier said than done.  I am constantly learning techniques and testing out the latest and greatest tools.  I love learning about the body which started in the late 80s.   


From a B.S in Kinesiology at UCLA, to Certifications in Holistic Health, Massage of all forms, High Performance, Essential Oil, and Quantum Living Coaching,  along with studies/practice of EFT, Body Code and many others,  I have leveraged my education and skills to help others uncover and overcome their health and life obstructions that may be holding them back.


I'm a big user of tools and gadgets to optimize the body.  I love coaching, speaking, educating on the all-around guide to discover one's full potential and optimal health, by introducing one to the techniques I learned and the gadgets I use to bring greater balance to one's everyday world.
